We require a deposit of Rp1,5 million per booking
We have an absolute no smoking policy in the rooms and balcony at our motel. We have a dedicated smoking area outside our complex that can be used for guest who are smokers. If a guest is found to be smoking inside our complex the deposit is non-refundable
Neon Rose Motel is reserved exclusively for overnight guests. No outside guests are allowed inside the complex unless it has been arranged with management

At Neon Rose Motel we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However,to ensure fairness and manage our operations effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Period:
• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges.
• For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
2. No Refund Period:
• Within 21 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of your scheduled arrival date. The full booking amount will be charged.
3. Changes to Bookings:
• If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., dates, room type), please contact us at least 14 days before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate changes.
4. No-Shows:
• If you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
5. Special Conditions:
• During peak seasons or special events, additional cancellation restrictions may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
